This course is truly about how we can powerfully connect with people when we offer training. It will show how emotional engagement is essential in the work we do and offer you an abundance of strategies for doing so.
If we truly wish to create change, alter behaviour and challenge mindsets, we must create feelings and enable people to have emotional experiences and the most profound and safe way of doing that is through narrative and storytelling.
