Mending deep institutional divides
I dig deep into the story soil of the organisation to identify the rifts of the past, so that as an organisation you are better able to stand in the present and travel more effectively toward the future you want to create. This means surfacing the events, decisions, and untold histories still shaping behaviour today and taking ownership of them, rather than letting them take ownership of you.
Repairing the networks
Using the N4C framework I am able to find where departments have grown apart despite sharing the same soil, then rebuild the connections between them, one working relationship at a time. This looks like structured conversations between teams who rarely speak directly, shared rituals that give cross-functional work a regular home, and clear agreements on how decisions get made when priorities differ.
Creating a safe place to grow
I nurture a model where each person understands that they do not need to carry their own weight alone – co-creating one that is based on shared support systems. This means training leaders to notice when someone is struggling before it becomes a crisis, building regular spaces where people can name difficulty without shame, and embedding feedback loops that catch problems early rather than after they've spread.

True systemic change asks for real depth: sustained attention and full presence over time. To protect the quality of that work, I hold no more than two In-house Partnerships at any given time. Whether your organisation needs an intensive three-month re-mapping of its culture or a year-long presence growing alongside you, the timeframe and rhythm are shaped around your specific story soil and what it needs to grow.
